Claiming guidelines

How to claim your prize.

All winners are required to follow these guidelines.

  1. Claiming method

    Send a direct message to @happinesselnido with your full details for verification.

  2. Required details

    Full name, contact number, address, Instagram post entry link, account link, and proof of ticket (photo or screenshot).

  3. Verification

    Present a valid government-issued ID upon claiming. The name must match your submitted details and Instagram confirmation.

  4. Claim location

    All prizes must be claimed in person at Happiness El Nido. Schedule will be coordinated via direct message.

  5. Prize inclusion

    Cash and vouchers will be released together upon successful verification.

  6. Claiming period

    Prizes must be claimed within two (2) weeks from the date of announcement. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

  7. Non-transferable

    Prizes are non-transferable and must be claimed by the registered winner unless approved by management.

  8. Final decision

    All decisions made by the organizers are final and binding.
